Still impressively slow and unreliable, your garbage app still regularly locks me out of my home. One thing that might make it slightly more bearable is a small widget (the same size as any other app icon) that I can set up to unlock the door of my choice, and that doesn't "forget" what it does. The existing widget is gigantic and after about a day or so loses it's buttons so I have to open the app and use multiple clicks to unlock a door

I have had nothing but trouble since this was installed at my apartment complex. I have an Android phone, and I am constantly locked out. They say it works better on an IPhone, but I don't want an iPhone. They have given me several things to try, but none have worked; and in the off chance it does work, it takes too long. In bad weather or a dangerous situation, this is unacceptable. Don't install this system on your home!

Unreliable. Takes 40 seconds to open a door if it even works. Lately the app has been shuffling nearby options around as if it's trying to search for the closest door but instead you can't choose the option you want and it doesn't actually connect to door. I've gotten stuck outside in horrible weather thanks to this app. Doors don't need to be smart. A fob is plenty.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I moved into a complex that uses this system and it has NEVER worked. I can't get into my apartment using the app. I've contacted support and they're never able to do anything about it. If you're going to be a company that provides keyless entry, then I would suggest actually fixing your app and system.

This system is TERRIBLE! Our apartment complex sprung this new door system on us last month and has been nothing but problems ever since! The app won't register your access point if it has an update, the door handle is already falling off the door, and the Bluetooth to unlock the door rarely connects! This system is garbage and by no means an upgrade for manual locks!

Our apartment forced this on us a while back. Terrible experience so far. App takes forever to open up (or not if you don't have proper network coverage in your garage). There is a very high chance that you will get stuck outside unless you have a backup option to enter. Imagine coming back from a long trip at 1 or 2 am in decemer and just waiting in the garage for hoping for someone in another apartment to come by. And yes, since this app, everyone holds the door and allows tailgating.

App is slow and unreliable. It often fails to achieve a Bluetooth connection. It takes about 10 seconds to process any attempt to unlock the door, and there is no way to cancel the attempt. So if you accidentally hit the wrong button, you have to wait. When you combine that with the frequent failure to connect, you can get stuck outside trying again and again to open the door. It may only be a minute or two of actual time, but when you are standing out in the heat, it is an eternity.

I'm having a horrible experience. It takes a long time to connect, and opening and closing the door. My phone is usually dying at the end of the day, so I have to make sure it is charged enough so I don't get locked out. Honestly, I don't see any advantage. Since you have to be connected through Bluetooth, you have to be near the door with your phone. If you are at work, and you forgot something at home (usually my lunch) you just cant give the key and ask someone to go grab it for you.
