2nd worse app ever. Most functions do not work right. Won't send messages. UI benefits screen gives "not resolved" message. After login, it takes to to some mapquest type screen instead of a useful informational display. Worthless to most. Just use online website which isn't much better. But at least works somewhat. Extremely disappointing

It's unclear. After the login, you are taken immediately to a search results screen that you didn't generate. It feels like you answered the phone and your caller is already 10 sentences into a story and you're not sure what's happening. There are heavily text-based sections that seem tedious. Conversely, there are many sections lacking any instruction or direction at all. Just like the website, It's everything you'd expect this state to put out there.

This app has promise but needs a lot of work. It's basically just to search for jobs but doesn't work for much else. Two stars for an easy interface and the idea but the app doesn't do much to assist in anything beyond a job search.

Can't file a claim, but can do the weekly certification on the app. Unemployment requirements of $4,5-- made on the year excludes individuals in some months especially if you make $12 or less on a 40 hour work week; Food Stamps and Medicare are the only help for between job individuals. Temp services such as Ascend Staffing, ASI, etc..; can be of use but if you have a particular set of job skills that you want to keep going with use the job finder.

I downloaded the app . I am able to look for jobs but not able to file a weekly claim. When I try it takes me to an error message. I have to use google search and when neworks comes up I am able to log in and file weekly certification. Last week it took over 2 hrs to file. When I added my jobs applied for and required weekly searches it would quit and take me back to starting my weekly certification over and lost all info I had entered. Jobs I had applied for and documented were not there .

I used this app a lot just to look at jobs in my area, but now I can't skip the login to look at jobs anymore it just says call has been timed out. This app has really gone downhill since I first used it to look at jobs.

It doesn't allow the user the full dashboard options as the website. Its confusing, clunky, poorly designed, and not user friendly.

It had me comfirm it was me by my phone. When I did It would not let me load progrom to desktop and would not let me in on my phone. My desktop tells me to log into my phone and says already have the program installed but when I try to log into my phone it pops up a error that it already timed out and try again later. Every time I try it does this immediately after trying to log in. So I cannot get in on the desktop or my phone.
