The pre course package makes the top up / refreshing exercise worthwhile, interesting and highly beneficial. It goes a long way in strengthening the knowledge and skills base in bringing one up to steam for the main course.

I am trying to complete the eLearning course, but the app is poorly designed, and the server runs short on algorithms, making it crash. It crushed on Section 6 First Aid : AED. Also, there is controversial information on the video and exam about where exactly the AED Pads should be placed. With the nice lady on the video saying they should be placed "top right and side left of the chest" and on the exam states the opposite "Upper left chest and lower right chest." Risky Mistake

Terrible, buggy. And on top of that.. i Didn't get a refund because I was ill and couldn't make the course... couldn't complete the online training because of the app.

Despite my best efforts and thorough research, I have been unable to resolve the problem on my own. If you are doing elearning modules this should be available on your laptop and desktop and not solely on a mobile phone device. Poorly designed product with little thought given to the customer journey or user experience.

1 because I can't give zero. There are far too many mistakes in the content. Use other sources to verify your knowledge, ie St Johns for first aid etc. I would say the badges are pointless to both the security personel and prospective employer as the answer provided to some of the questions don't actually provide the right option. Employers avoid suggesting this company as you might get people that have been taught the wrong things. Prospective customers go elsewhere.

Really not well made app. It keeps going back and it doesn't give all the information needed. So much work to renew the license that the app should be much more helpful. Such a shame and makes waste an enormous amount of time! The video about counter terrorism is just boring. The person is very knowledgeable but there is nothing to help to follow the explanation and the definitions given. Some images or even transcription of the definitions would help. Please make changes as it is needed!!
