Terrible app. None of the "points" have any sort of conversion rate to local currency, the app is constantly refreshing when you go forward and back, and you can't cancel or edit orders, even if you call the help line within *10 minutes* of ordering. Because obviously there's no help button online. Phone support says "we'll email you either way on this resolution"...... lie.

WORST PLATFORM AND MANAGEMENT...! I placed an order on 24th Oct and the estimated delivery date was 01st Nov. But still my order was not delivered yet and no cancellation facility available. Poor of the poorest service by Workhuman and DTDC as well. Spoke to Customer service 04 Times till now. But useless. This is the worst service i ever had. Don't order from the app ever. Just convert into voucher and use....,

This is a great app - I love the points system. There's a great selection of items on offer. Although I usually find an item I want on here, then I buy cheaper elsewhere and get vouchers for clothes shops or groceries instead. I'm saving money all around. Only 4 stars for now - it seems I can't access app when I'm abroad which make it impossible to use when on a business trip.

I ordered American tourister duffle bag 2 months ago, order# XX-CM6GV-WYHRK-DY7KM-WMQJZ. I still didn't receive it. When I contacted shipment service provider xpressbees, they are saying order is returned back to seller. I did not receive any refund till now.

I have booked a smrt TV with 10000 points. From the last two day it's just showing "We are working on it". I didn't understand what they are working. If the product is not available they shouldn't give the option to book it. XX-W67LG-RQWTH-KD9WS-TJSMV Even there is know option to contact customer care number. WH is a very good app and they send very good product and happy with previous orders. But but but they are veryyyyyyyyyy slow to process orders and upadtesss. Not acceptable.

I can't get in because I don't remember my password. And the "forgot password" link doesn't do ANYTHING. No response at all!

Absolute Garbage I was able to get in twice, now it hangs every time. There is no point keeping the app when it won't work. The only way I can use the program is through a work computer. The app is useless, don't bother with it.
