Update - your latest update makes it not sync correctly. Used to quickly and flawlessly sync fast and meter would turn off letting me know sync finished, now it doesn't send the finished command back to the meter and half the time it doesn't appear to be syncing at all unless I try to manually force it. In general it works well for me.

I have had trouble keeping this meter connected to my phone. I have had to uninstall and reinstall a multitude of times with each time resulting in it disconnecting within several days. I have contacted the company and they reassured me a updated app was going to be available "very soon"! After waiting several months there is still no updated app to fix this issue. The girl told me there have been several people having the same problem. And still no updated app. Do better glooko! DO BETTER!

It does its job, but there are definitely things that would improve the app. I had to change my glucose meter in order to be able to track them in the app which wasn't ideal. There is no manual function to input BG readings like there is for insulin doses. It would also be good if the names or icons of pens etc could be customised. I use 2 different novopen 6s for my different insulin types (one blue and one silver), yet there is only the silver icon available.

Trying to sign in on the phone, I have a nice strong Google generated password which is being managed. When selecting this I can not submit my login details, totally stuck. Right worked it out, this is a good one. The password box on the app says it must contain at least one number and one of the following characters $#... etc. The Google password also included an _ which surprisingly isn't in the apps special characters list. Web interface works with this character in the password.

I am connected to WiFi and my Android S22 sees the Relion device and offers it as a choice to sync. But sync fails. Background sync is turned on. Device is selected. I don't understand why it won't sync when it does see the meter. If you can tell me how to fix this, I'll be glad to update my rating but so far, this is useless.

Very helpful and easy to use app. I just wish we could rename our insulin pens AND have the app remember them! Everytime I sync my Novodisk pen, it asks me to choose what kind of pen I'm using, even though I've sync'd the same 2 pens multiple times. Seems like it should be an easy thing to implement....

The app is quick to download very easy to use. In- putting your daily food is very easy and accurate. I am having some issues understanding how to make the meter sync with my phone to get my daily blood glucose readings into the app. I have called Glooko customer support and they are easy to get ahold of and very helpful.
