My blood glucose monitor is older and not capable of linking to this app or any other. So, I enter my own readings (it's very easy). The app links to newer monitors so entry is automatic. Glucose readings are automatically (and instantly) recorded on a graph comparing my reading against high and low goals. Helps me stay on target. I can record notes on each individual reading to remind me of what I did to cause a reading to be too high. If you're diabetic or prediabetic get this app now!

Evolution and improvement for a better future is good and all. But really, did you really just take away a feature that existed for free before this update and made it premium? Seriously? The ability to sync with Google of all things? It's one thing to add new features and ask people money for it, since you're improving the product and all that, but taking away a basic simple feature that just worked by itself before you pay-walled it... It's just ugh...

UPDATE ... DONT UPDATE IF YOU USE SYNC ON FREE ACCOUNT. Latest update has removed sync features on the basic account and put them behind a yearly paid subscription. Yes there are more sync options but what was originally free is now paid.

update: hate subscriptions. let me pay once. cant syn with 3rd party without. no longer recommended. works with contour next one and syncs with fit

So... Here I am being told that I'm possibly type II, needing to monitor my levels for a while. Being the inherently lazy person that I am, I opted for finding an app instead of using pen and paper. The higher rated apps all had adds... F#&K ads. They were in the way of everything! My laziness will not tolerate extra clicks to get to my goal of minimum effort. That's when I found this great app. NO ADS! Simple GUI. 10/10 would recommend to a friend (but hope they wouldn't ever need it...)

Stopped working after latest update. The home screen also got unnecessarily cluttered.

There is a lot of misinformation about diabetes. This app is personalized for me to help my doctor understand how much insulin to take in order to have healthy numbers.

Just installed, looks good thus far. Syncs with my meter, clean informative interface, options and easy not intrusive sign up. Just found a flaw I didn't notice at first - there appears to be no way to record medication. Insulin type and dosage and tablet type and dose. Useful info in the record. I hope the developer's may add this in the future. Otherwise it will be back to hunting for a better replacement for the pulled diabetesm app I used to use.
