Great idea and very useful, poor app performance. It's great to be able to find the per diem work, so the app really accomplishes its upfront purpose. The app performance is terrible, though. I've dealt with constant crashes and EMR files duplicating themselves at random intervals while I complete them. Easily a five star app when they figure out the uploading and documentation issues

Can't upload documents for credentials have to be photos, if you dont give the app permission to use your camera when you first download kiss away any chance of being able to approve it later and have it work. Tried to apply filters on jobs and even those do not work correctly. The fact that NATA backs this is sad.

This is an amazing idea and the jobs are great, it's easy to get paid. Low rating is because the app itself is awful. Slow to load, rarely works. There's no option to use a desktop so your stuck with a poor working app to try and sign up for events.

I've had this app for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. I've picked up many different shifts over the years. I've had no issues with getting paid for the events, communicating with event staff, or working at the events.

I have to log in every time I open the app even if it's 10-15 minutes later. After logging in, it tells me the terms and conditions have changed. I don't think the terms and conditions change multiple times a day or multiple times a week. There is no way to go around it besides saying accept every time.

I haven't had any issues, even after moving to a different state and having to upload my credentials! Signing up for a shift is easy and getting paid is easy, also!
