The app could use several improvements: 1. The lights change to the previous setting as soon as you go into that mode. It would be better if they didn't change until you tapped the desired option. Ex.- if when switching from a solid color HSI to FX, it would be better if the lights didn't change until I tap the FX setting I want. 2. Before the most recent update, I could slide around on the HSI to smoothly change colors. Now, I have to tap around to get it to change which ruins the flow.

The app allows you to use your phone like a remote, provided your hardware has the Bluetooth setting on. You can group lights together, and once a scene is set up, the usefulness of it matches the radio option on the Godox remote. Other brands of tube lights see the opportunities in an app by giving more flexibility to FX options. Godox should follow suit, a canned set of FX may not always fit the needs of a scene. Pretty good app, but room to improve.

Latest update has made the app pretty much useless :( I have a single light that I want to control from my phone But the new scene screen only lets me turn it on or off... the fixture doesn't appear anymore to let me control temp or brightness

Baaa 😒 need to register my phone and email to control a light!? Oh come on godox. Thanks for adding physical buttons and feature completeness without the app - would have not bought your stuff without.

I'm using it with Godox SL60IID light. It was working fine around a month ago, but now it crashes when I press on a Ficture to open main controls. So I can only use app to turn light on and off, but I can not use any other controls which is the most needed part... I tried reinstalling app and refreshing bluetooth multiple times with no luck. I really wish you could fix this issue.

Where are the other modes?? I only see HSI and FX! Launching app overwrites current settings on lamps. Can't read color from lamps when set with IR remote. Accidental swiping causes input on HSI field. CL10 Also, asks too many permissions! This is not China! We still have some privacy laws here, you know?

Everyone, here's how to solve the problem of the app not recognizing your lights after the 2.0 update: 1) go to each of your lights and look in the menu for Bluetooth. Then, choose the option to reset it. This will "unpair" your lights from the previous version of the app. Do this for every light fixture you have. 2) go to the app and follow the procedure to add lights. You'll see your light fixture(s) appear, ready to be added. Go for it!

It worked great for 2 days, then kept dropping all the lights which needed to be re-added daily, now the app won't work at all (I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times). Not great if you need something reliable.
