I really love using this app for work, it's handy and makes it easy for me to fill out my forms. However this new update (I'm writing this on 8/18/23) feels kinda laggy and the return button no longer allows me to continue to the next field so it ends up costing me more time to zoom in and tap on the individual fields to type. Please if possible fix this issue. I'd really like to keep using this app.

The app is ok. I used this app for 3 years. It takes a bit to build a form and sometimes the app hangs and freezes if your cell coverage is spotty. The worst is their customer service. I canceled the service for what I thought would be for a short time on September 17th. But, since my service renews on the 16th... Apparently, they will charge you for an additional month if you only give 29 days notice and not 30. What a bunch of greedy people. Too many other choices to have deal with that.

Excellent tool. Easy way to build, fill out, submit, and deliver reports. Keeps administrators up to date on field activities. Password used as digital signature to make reports official. Very customizable. Network is constantly overwhelmed by volume of usage... this results in being booted from the app and making it necessary to re-enter app. It's usually a minor inconvenience, but can be frustrating.

Absolutely love goformz. The app is lacking a few things but it is still awesome. You'll have to use a pc to set up your template and to access certain data but the ability to fillout and send beautifal proposals with the app was worth it. Their support is impressive as well. I'm a fan now for sure.

Freezes, won't sync, suddenly closes, loses and deletes data and reports... Can't duplicate cells when they are the same everyday (no save as function). Does not work offline once a form has been download. Completed forms are not displayed under completed tab. Worst form app ever for doing reports. Get excel instead.

It's good. Easy to use and they try to make improvements to the platform pretty often. They are willing to make integrations with other tools. Billing is weird, since there isn't like a set rate per license, it sorta depends on how many you get ( if you are enterprise). Other than that is a good app. Alex Rennie is my account manager. Very good guy, always looking for things to improve.

Have used for work for years. New update is terrible. Time input needs to go back to the old style. And now it's just like the iPhone version. If you are in and out of cell service half the time it dosnt save your your inputs and have to remember all your report Info and re enter it multiple times. Please send apk for old version So I can continue to use that. Edit, after talking with your email support, there solution was to put my phone in airplane mode. Kind of defeats the point of a phone.

Trenton was extremely helpful and has made it simple for a novice user to do the set up and create automations. This has saved us considerable time and removed any chance of data being missed. We continue to develop our uses of the system, which seem endless
