As others have reported, the app requires me to log in each time I use it, which is especially frustrating when I have to wait for an emailed MFA code. I was ordering Dunkin today, got a text from my wife to get an additional item, and then switched back... Gotta go through the login all over again. 🙄 It worked fine before I got here. The QR code didn't work for checking in. Maybe it was confusing my cabana reservation for my room reservation? After check in, the app requires login every time.

Please make your app developers stay at the resort so they can experience how bad this app is: 1) app constantly logged me out, 2) app didn't show I was checked in until the next day, 3) click on dining tab, most restaurants closed, click on "Hungry? Order from the App" and they are open, 4) constantly had to enter credit card info for every mobile transaction, 5) could not charge to room until the next day

The app is working great. But sometimes it does log me off. It's nice yo see everything on the app and be able to do add ons but the website not working. Can't see my reservation. Now you have to wait in a waiting room before they let you login. Crazy! I Like the hotel but they are making it more difficult to make a reservation online.

Horrible app, who developed it! Great Wolf needs to fire them! The app doesn't log me in 85% of the time, never sees my reservation, reminders don't even open proper, and most things don't seems to work. I have to log in on the web to get to my info and the app is useless!

Made a reservation 1/20/25 at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino Great Wolf, and the reservation still doesn't show in the app almost 3 weeks later after reservation. Called the number, and the representative said they can't see my reservation at Foxwoods (Great Wolf) because they're not linked to the Great Wolf main site..WHAT?? Isn't this all the same. Hopefully, my confirmation email will work on the day of check-in...

App devs: I would like to input reservation numbers. This app is pretty good, but it doesn't connect my reservation number to my email address. I have 2 reservation numbers, it would be nice to see them and still be logged in. It's not as useful to me without that.

Our last 2 reservations do not show up. I show 0 points when we already stayed there and spent money. Also why can't users just enter a password to login? It's always a code. The app is terrible as far as reservations/point program go.

The app always has the basics for getting information about the lodge. However, some error involving multiple profiles has kept me from being able to use the app to manage my stay, making it otherwise worthless, and multiple calls and emails have yet to resolve it.
