Hidden fees an when you pay full amount they turn around and say you still owe.. when they say "we applied credit" they are lying pretty much what you have to pay is the credit an if you pay early they will find something else to charge you with smh your best bet is to go for txu or other major companies at least they'll tell tell you up front what they gonna charge hidden fees and all. Customer service just reads off a script an agree with what ever you say just to get you off the phone

The app otherwise has great functionality, but will not allow me to pay my bill. Regardless of whether I use my card or PayPal, it's just caught in a cycle of selecting the payment date every time you click Confirm. If it wasn't for being unable to pay my bill through the app, I'd probably rate it 4-5 stars, but that's a pretty big deal to me.

Showing usage too high when, have been using electricity conservatively after having it turned back on, having been without for a week from lack of funzies to pay bill. Trying to make it up?; loss of funzies!?

Updated Review. The app is quite excellent and they've added fingerprint login as well as direct online chat. I don't even know if it is possible but, I do wish I had the ability to see what my solar panels were credited as well as what I used in grid electricity on a daily basis... but this is a wish list item and otherwise this app functions smoothly and satisfactorily.

App is okay but somehow charged me three times for my current bill and now I'm jumping through so many hoops to be refunded. Save yourself some time and money and go with someone else. I've had so many problems with this company holding my money it's ridiculous I would have switched services long ago if I did my research and didn't get into a contract with them.

it used to be a great app but for a good 3 months now I can't pay my bill it's just stuck in a cycle of selecting payment date and won't allow me to submit payment. this is incredibly frustrating and when talking to support they just suggested that I delete the app and reinstall but that didn't work.

Great new app, easy to use & navigate. BUT, They NEED to add a, "save user name or remember me" option on the login page. I'd rate it 5 star with that change. Green Mountain is awesome, I dealt with Patrick in their solar department for my solar panel system, I LOVE IT.

Been waiting for this for so long! Awesome app. As a provider, Green Mt isn't the cheapest but I have never had any issue at all with them and they're far from the most expensive. The All Nighter Plan is good in Texas. Suggestion: please make it easier to sign in/stay signed in. Remember username at the least.
