Poor internet connection made using the app difficult. One charger ...10 kept disconnecting and turned off twice after a few minutes charging , so switched to another ...11. Even this like the previous one took several attempts to connect. At least when it did I got the charge I needed though the app disconnected half way. I'm glad it wasn't raining!

I do like the relative ease of the app. The power curve is nice to see as it shows how the charge is progressing. Any chance you could add the option for biometric login? Where do I add my vehicle/charger type? Is it possible to download charge history data from the app as the email receipts sent on charge completion do not show all the data contained in the app. An easy download format either as a single/weekly/monthly batch would make it easier for claiming expenses etc.

Abysmal experience with this (cr)app! Arrived at Rugby Services and you can't select the location on the app. In the end I had to pay full price with a credit card. The 20% discount for using the app is a con. It's cheaper running my i3 REx on petrol when away from home which I will now do for the remainder of this trip. Thanks for nothing Gridserve! I have tried this app numerous times more on a long trip. IT JUST DOES NOT WORK and I am only able to charge (at the full price with a credit card.

Pretty abysmal app, there is no need for it, either - It takes a long time to connect to the charger even with good signal, it drops out after 1% of charging so you need to restart it, and that's before the admin faff of getting it set up and it running you through your browser several times before it works. I have spent the better part of an hour, along with Gridserve employees, trying to get it to keep a connection. Deeply frustrating at every juncture, and totally needless.

London Gatwick South charging station. Had a little trouble, but lovely assistant Aurora helped so well that made me understand the simple way to charge and suggested the app that I downloaded. I will always use the app, as she said it will show me the percentage of the charge on my phone while sitting upstairs cafe. Thank you Aurora.

meant to be a high power fast chargers but only charging at 38kwh. paying high prices for fast chargers but not getting anything near! absolutely rubbish!

App seems very user-friendly, however, despite having all my details stored on the app it wouldn't connect to any of the chargers at the Dobbies Swindon site (I tried 3 of varying power). Probably could have charged had I used a contactless debit card but the point of charging today was to take advantage of the summer 20% off promotion via the app. Might have got things going by calling support but it was easier to just use a Fastned site further round on my errands run which just works.

App slow. Didn't work at 2 different chargers. Poor Updated reply for you. I did ring your helpline twice who told me to uninstall then try again. Rubbish. Exeter services on way home. 10 chargers offline. Not good enough. Sorry. Rubbish.
