Control your GROHE Blue Chilled and Sparkling 2.0 faucet via your smartphone. The GROHE Watersystems App will not only help you during the configuration of your watersystem appliance, but will let you know when the filter or CO2 bottle will need replacing.

Within this app, you can also set up favourites for pouring water in a predefined amount and sparkling grade, and you can monitor your water consumption.

Note: This App replaces the GROHE Ondus App. If you have used the GROHE Ondus App before, then your connected GROHE Blue watersystem will be transferred into this new Watersystems App automatically.

Excrement masquerading as an app. The app needs you to log in constantly, it won't stay connected to the device for more than a few months after which you need to go through the painful setup process again. Then it will connect and work for another few months, if your are lucky. Water consumption is for water dispensed via the app only.. Seriously?!? Please explain how that is in any way useful. I will never buy another grohe product again. I have others in my house and they are similarly flawed

Terrible but you might as well install. I got a new phone... Spent an hour trying to connect, reconnect, add, delete and readd my one tap - and don't think it could have made the process more confusing if it tried

This is the third time I have to add my Grohe system in the app. Annoying that it does not remember in my account my devives. Now even adding the device I can't controle it from app. It doesn't work

App very confusing and poorly made. Hard to get going and then when it does it fails to show the same CO2 reading as the device. Every action you take just says "an error occurred. Please try again later!". I have checked the device is connected to my network, and reinstalled the app. Very frustrating.

Instable. Constant notifications that some issue might exist in one of my devices. It is always a reminder to start a cleaning cycle, whereas the devices have only been installed a few weeks ago, and the cleaning is only to be done once a year.

The old app has gone through a facelift but all of the connectivity issues seem unresolved. Quite a negative experience for customers who have paid thousands on grohe 'smart' systems. No value in high manufacture quality if the user interface/software is unusable

Absolutely terrible app. It simply doesn't work. Never sends an account activation email. Logged in using Facebook instead. When you try to create a new home for the device it just says an error has occurred. Considering this hardware cost over £1,500 I expect much better. Grohe should be embarrassed releasing rubbish like this

Probably worst app created by mankind. Hard to know if the developers were the mediocre ones or the management was the incompetent ones. Anyhow, terrible job, terrible app. With the wealth of this company, it's surprising they couldn't afford a simple funcional app. It gives error every other minute. Can't recognise the networks nor the users. The once registered Grohe blue tap vanished the next morning. Terrible and pathetic attemps of an app. I spit on anyone involved with utter despise.
