So many times, showing incorrect stock levels, draft order getting recovered so late, Seems many times that executed orders are also showing in the draft section, so people get confused, and it makes a mess in ordering.. Overall, the concept is good, but makers of the app do not seem so serious for the customer's feedback.. 28/12/2024 My drafted order was lost ,so I called customer number,they said due to network issues your order was lost and it's not recovering It's just disgusting 🤢

Very buggy app Always takes time to load and many times it crashes without any hesitation. It really needs a major update or need to shut down the business.

Worst application, When minimize the app, all my order gone and may be save to draft. Then opening draft order, it's balnk in draft order to restore it again. Every time I've to place order again and again after minimize app.

Extremely spoiled experience, when I open the app, suddenly app automatically closed. I have never thought about this mistake which is made by pharmarack that is not solved yet, and also not resposes and support any problem by their team.

Tech team app closes automatically..login page opens all the time . .now I am not able to place any order rather my credentials are showing incorrect now ...from afternoon I am calling your help line number ..but till it is not connected ...bad experience from your side ...
