I'm enjoying this app. I'm using the free trial of the Premium version, which opens up recipes, as well as a breakdown of the daily satiety score and macros. One change I hope they will make is to permit me to save my own recipes. It's bothersome to log every ingredient in a recipe again and again esp if I eat a different serving size each time so I can't just copy the log over from another day. I haven't lost any weight, but I've only logged 1/2 the days bc of the hassle of logging ingredients

A useful app for anyone looking to achieve health goals, whether its weight loss, maintenance, or even gaining. Very simple when compared to tracking all the macros or calorie restriction. Focus is on eating satisfying foods rather than just eating less. Reviews from the first couple months should be taken with a grain of salt, the app has been updated over time with more features and more consistency/less bugs.

I've used the Hava app daily since it went live to the general public on January 2 of 2024. I'm all about making small tweaks and swaps in order to improve satiety and the nutritional quality of my meals. Hava makes this very easy to do. The information provided by the app is extensive and powerful, enabling me to make choices that maintain the balance I need to achieve my goals. But have I lost weight and improved my body composition with zero feelings of hunger and deprivation? You bet.

It's a decent app w/ a few caveats. I like the satiety scores and mainly want to track protein and calories, but when I compare calories and other macros to the same data in "My Fitness Pal", they're always drastically different. I also wish there was a list of my frequently consumed foods to quickly add without having to search for them every time. There is a feature when you first go to enter a meal where you can copy previously entered meals, but there is no option to select individual items.

I like the concept of considering satiety as the main measure of a healthy lifestyle. The app is pretty good, but I am giving it 4 stars because I find it tedious to guess the item from a list where I can only see part of the name displayed on my phone, and the only measure for US people is a cup. I tried using the photo input but it read blueberries as black beans. I don't want to spend my time teaching the AI about common items. I'll check back in a few months for better implementation.

Nice front end, not enough features. The onboarding process is smooth, though I couldn't find much evidence that the thorough questioning affected anything. The satiety score system this is built on seems useful but the app amounts to little more than a database to lookup the scores. Things like guides and recipes are missing (even though the AI assistant assures you they can be found on the website). Support says recipes are coming soon. This app was released too soon and isn't worth paying for

There are some good features, and the improvements over recent months are increasingly useful, but the price tag for the premium version is very, very unrealistic! I confess that I was put off supporting the app by the founder's admiration on X for Elon Musk, anti-vax Kennedy, and the election of Donald Trump.

Sorry guys. I wanted to love this app, it's nicely designed and there was no technical problems with installing and using it. However, there is no way to add nutrition information for your own recipes. Even when I went to the trouble of getting my nutrition facts with an online calculator and tried to take a photo, it doesn't read the information correctly. I most often make my own food so I don't see how this app will work for me.
