Brilliant idea, can be better executed I love this idea of a local remote assistant and I hope they keep working on the service and improve it. The app is a bit buggy (doesn't give you notifications unless you open the app, can't post responses without a good network connection. The work the staff do can be improved as well. I'll often go days without a response, so their ticketing / tracking system can be improved and the way the work is done could be better which is a hiring / training problem

Great idea. Only really used it for restaurant bookings. 2 of the 3 times, it would have been easier to just book myself as the assistant tried to book online for a time that wasn't available online and asked me if I would like to change for a time that was available online, rather than calling the restaurant. Once, i was told that they could only make a booking once the restaurant was open for lunch, although restaurants answer their phones for bookings before they open for service.

App is easy to use but some of the interface elements, like the buttons to add an image or send a message, often disappear until you kill and restart the app. The service has been excellent. Obviously you need to provide personal information to register. You get three "tasks" as a free trial and then you have to pay a subscription. In South Africa, it showed as R199/month, R950/6 months, or R1990/year.

The new app is buggy and incredibly difficult to use. They need to urgently fix it. The web interface is just as bad. Tasks vanishing, tasks prematurely auto closed, task updates missing, messages vanishing. The service is great but the app makes the experience really bad. Would have given the service 5 stars. The agents do a great job with the tools they have. Don't push an untested app to your user base. Will revisit this review once the app is fixed.

This is actually a very good app and everyone is very professional. But changing my review because recently I'm seeing an issue with my notifications. I turned off battery optimization, and set my notifications to be higher priority but I'm still not getting notifications when Judd contacts me.

I love the service provided by hey Jude. As someone who often only thinks about making appointments and following up with things after hours, its super convenient to send them a message immediately knowing the task will be followed up the next day. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because i find the app a bit buggy with notifications.

My review from 1 year ago was "it is a brilliant app and I could not live without it" Unfortunately the service has changed and is not as good anymore as it was. The app is claiming to operate in serveral countries but does not really do that. South African phone number get unanswered often abroad unfortunately. The response from the app is not to implement a new number but to ask customers to leave rather. Bad service in other countries but good for South Africa

Been using it for the last couple of months for anything I don't have enough brain to do at the time. The agents organised insurance quotes, airplane tickets and estate agent quotes so far. Very convenient compared to doing it yourself.
