Was working just fine until the latest Samsung OneUI update. Now none of the touch actions work or even respond graphically. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing all data, uninstalling and reinstalling (rebooting between). Nothing works. Of course, this coincided with my medications not being delivered despite what the tracking says, so that was convenient 🙄

First off as a user of their hair loss for going on about a year I can confirm I have seen little to no difference in my hair growth if anything it has been falling out more then it was before. As for the app half the time you can't even log in I sat for about an hour trying to get the app to load and after changing my password multiple times it still wouldn't let me in, I tried the website same story. Main reason for this I canceled my order after my last shipment and they still charged me $150

This app is broken. Every time I open the app it freezes right after opening. I can't click on anything, none of the buttons work. I have restarted the app, my phone, I even un-installed and reinstalled the app and nothing fixes it. Go to the website if you use this service.

App doesn't work. Fix the freaking app. It's insane you can't get a basic app like this yo work for people. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and your app consistently is frozen for me. Reinstalling doesn't work. Cleaning cache and data does nothing. I'm on stable fiber optic internet. It's the app that is the problem. Don't cut corners with dev work. You need to fix this ASAP you are losing money every day this goes unfixed.

Glorified store front I purchased Compounded Semiglutides for weight loss from Hims and started using the app. The app is a glorified store front. Yes, they have weight loss tips and a place to log your daily weight. But the app doesn't integrate with my smart scale or sleeping mat. So everything is entered manually. There is no place to track my daily protein so I have another app for that. Today I was shocked to see videos on how to stimulate my lady. I'm trying to lose weight

Horrible experience for me because it feels as hard to cancel a subscription as it is to cancel a gym membership. In my experience, I was charged in the middle of the night for something that I thought was already cancelled and I haven't been able to stop it and get a refund. It makes me want to stop the payment with my bank but that will prevent them from being able to charge me for my other two prescriptions, effectively cancelling them too. Even though I still want the other two.

Horrible!.... Horrible! Inept programmers should be fired! 2 times could not schedule at all. Third time gave me dates, picked a date. Provided me choices of times. Picked one from what they provided... errored off. Would like to show screen shot of the failures. Run from this scam company!!!!

Their billing process needs improvements. They have a process where if they switch prescription length, they force you to go all the way through a new visit which takes time. They could improve these by helping with some redundancies and improving their billing process while still keeping patient safety. It makes me very angry they did this because their financial incentives are probably not in line with improving some of their high pressure tactics. The communication process is confusing.
