It requires you to log out and log back in to load everything, but sometimes it doesn't work. I try to log out & it doesn't do anything, nor logout nor loading. You lose out!!!!! Once i couldn't log in, turned out they were sending my letters somewhere else and deactivated my account. Really unprofessional.i lost so much time trying to get in touch and not being able to bid. It's an outdated app. Needs major updating, council takes so much from our taxes, they should have to upgrade.

I've been bidding for about 6 months and up until recently the app has been fine. Like all apps it has a few bugs which require sorting. I can't log in at the moment but I presume it's having technical issues. Not to worry, I can log on via my laptop.. Or even a mobile device. Its not the end of the world like some would suggest! A side note, it would be great if I didn't have to logout just to login every time but even that's not really worth moaning about! Hope it's fixed soon. Thanks

Unable to login. Can enter details but it will not allow me to access the app as the login tab seems to not work. I have had to log in via the website which is really annoying and much more time consuming. App used to work fine until recent update. A few bugs but nothing as major as not being able to access app at all even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times

This app would have been very useful and handy had it been it works properly. Of all the properties I bidded for, only two is showing in my bids history. I get error messages, and sometimes cannot view my current bid. Sometimes I cant view my bid position. I wish the developers can rectify these issues so I can come back to update my review. Please make this app work properly 🙏 for our convenience. Thank you!

Absolutely RUBBISH! Doesn't let you see if a property you have bid for has been let or not but still shows you as SHORTLISTED for it weeks after viewing. For the last three days it won't let me log in and when it finally allows me to and I try to bid for a property, it responds: YOU'RE NOT LOGGED IN or INVALID SESSION or CAN'T CONNECT TO SERVER. WFT! People are trying to bid for a home! You know "an Englishman's home is his castle" and this app is playing with people's lives, in a negative way.

It wont let me log in! Has been the same since the update, and it's a shame as it was very good before then. I'm able to log in on my browser through the direct site, so it's no issue with my account, it's like the log in button doesnt work!

Probably one of the worst things that could have happened has happened. This latest version is horrible! Why do I need to fill in what I'm looking for every time? Why did you change the user interface? Please only change what needs to be changed and nothing more. And how do we contact the makers of it? We can't!

I haven't been able to login using my ID and pin for City of London housing through the app as there are no options to login for this borough. However, on the website it is perfectly fine.
