It's a great app to get work from. However, I can't stress this enough, customers will post a job, you bid on it, they delete it and repost it, all within minutes. It has happened to me many times, then you try customer service to try get refund but they never reply. They should work on their customer service side for drivers.

The app is not working on my device. It fails to send me a message to my phone in order to connect my existing account (used on the old platform : homerun for clients and professionals). I gave the app acces to my phone , to give notifications. What did I miss? Now I can t use either one of the apps

Edit: Dropped to 2 stars as more and more total time wasters who are not serious including one that instantly blocked me. No way to withdraw funds either so I am slowly considering telling people to save their money and avoid. It does feel a bit like they put fake jobs on there occasionally to get your money

The app is quite great! I gave only 4 stars for two reasons: 1. I can't respond back to reviews 2. It became too expensive

Great app as a tradesman. Lead fees are very reasonable and one selected by the customer it's easy to contact and arrange for their needs to be met. My only gripe would be the when loading money onto the account it's a minimum of £20, when I started on the app it was £10. I only use the app for jobs to fill gaps in my schedule so don't always want to have money just say there.

it seems like a scam, they have very cheap leads, but they will sell the same lead many times over. I paid twice for the same lead from the some client. I asked for the money back and to delete the account, I've been waiting for a week to receive the money back, they say they sent it but I haven't received anything on my card from them. I have tri.is already over 30 mails to the support team. I have not received any response from the customers. it seems that these leads are randomly generated a

Worst app for work. trying to give me work over 4 hours away. I messaged there email address as there is no way to get in touch for help on the app. but all I got was decline the job loads off jobs coming through but they are 100s off miles away and there is no way to change the location. avoid this app it's useless

Kudos to the app🤝!!But needs some improvement due to my experience which might have occurre to others too I got 5 completed jobs done yet the (customer reviews) are not showing on my page! Is like some people are posting old jobs on the app. Some of the customers are not ready plus some peoples post is too deceiving, imagine a cleaner person posting as someone who's looking for a professional cleaner to hire. Aside that Homerun app is one of the best. (Please kindly resolve my review).
