First off this app is complete and utterly useless. Jobs lag and when you’re going on scene it doesn’t update. Since you’re not showing on scene you cannot clear the call out. I’d prefer to use Towbook with it but that doesn’t always work either. Now for Honk. If you run into an issue with a live call the dispatch line does nothing but tell you to go online to resolve the issue. Why they can’t help you while connected is beyond me. We spent over 90 minutes trying to find one of their customers o

It's now 2024. 4 years, and multiple phones later. Still not fixed. The app frequently just stops making audible alerts on android. Results in many, many missed bids. Even worse, even while literally holding your phone in your hand and clicking 'bid now' within less than a half a second of receiving a silent alert (seriously) and getting 'job not awarded' because it's already gone is beyond infuriating. I've been a partner since 2017. Still not happy with the app in the current form.

I can't seem to figure out how to get this after ring. All the notification settings on my phone for the app are on my volume is up and the app itself has the notifications turned on. But for some reason I still doesn't ring and oftentimes I don't realize I've had a job since me until you know 5 or 10 minutes later. At that point it's already gone I have no idea who to call I already reach out to you to have this resolved.

App doesn't track and they blame it on us when I was previously told they had an issue with the app on their end and it wouldn't affect our scores but it does and they won't fix the scores so we aren't penalized. Also will not update to en route even if you try to update endless times. Says wrapping up the entire time. Sometimes after being on scene it will say finish but I've never seen an on scene update. Just en route and finish. App is lacking and we get penalized for it.

Edited for new version. Much better. Just need to tell your developers to check vehicle type from that vehicle type setting page to filter jobs so you don't send tow and winch jobs to smaller vehicles that aren't equipped for it. It can get ridiculously frustrating and distracting to constantly be checking notifications that aren't even something you can bid on. Also need to cover fuel costs on fuel deliveries. I like the new +time options. Repair those few things and you'll get 5 stars. Better.

Horrible on Android phones have the app on both an iPhone and samsung phone, and the iPhone alerts about 2-3 seconds faster than the samsung for the same call. Both phones are on the same network. Lately, the app is very inconsistent with alerts. Some days they work most days, you have to constantly refresh the app to catch jobs.

Alright developers, take notes because right now your application is based off a terrible design. First off, when a job is not awarded, the option to clear the job from the screen should be available to the user. It shouldn't be a time delay. Secondly, the settings should permit the user to change the notification sound, volumes, and allow a user to edit the profile picture. Even on maximum volume, that little horn sound is quiet. Feels underdeveloped in these aspects. 2* PLEASE FIX THIS APP.

Always tries to underpay, ($27 to travel 50 miles or more for a battery jump? I don't think so!) No one ever answers the phone. Refuses to pay for GOAs. Withholds payments for anything for as long as they can get away with. Provides incorrect location information. The list goes on.... We'd all be better off under Agero. At least they have Consistency.
