App works great I just hate dealing with this utility company. Easy to use app. I would reccomend it because if you are a day late your electricity will be disconnected.

App not working. Keeps saying failure when trying to make a payment and now for the last 2 days it won't let you sign in, keeps saying communication error!!

App won't allow me to log in. My password and account number all put in correctly. App doesn't allow me to put in my ten character password.
