coaches, please find something different to use for the playbook. This app is outdated and extremely buggy, I can't look at film or notes, and the support team is useless, I've tried everything, and now I'm getting my team in trouble

Uploads are often sketchy. They get stuck and fail. Then trying to find your video...you have to download their recovery app... the whole process is clunky at best. Hudl is a combination of great and terrible technology.

Android does not support recording and uploading video. The list of supported devices on their website states this. the app deleted all my film and said "upload failed " before I even tried to upload it during a competition. I tried some sample film at home that night and it worked. use at your own risk to film on Android

Whoever decided that only Apple users deserve the ability to record video should be ashamed... Giving 2 stars because I think the stats are a great tool, but omitting key features for Android users only is a bad look for a paid service.

I would give it zero stars if I could. After over a decade in the basketball realm and they're STILL having consistent issues with their most basic of functions. Wasting our time and money, what are we paying for exactly??? Foreign customer service reps are worthless. Hudl is a joke. Looking elsewhere.

User interface is poorly designed. When the service is actually working and we want to show our daughter video of her games and specific plays in the game, it's almost impossible to find moments in a game. Even if we know the exact minute of a play, good luck getting the app to land on that play. There are zero controls in the UI to FFW or REV a few seconds, so you use your finger to try to back up... which is super clunky. Big fail on usability.

The idea of the app is great. With that being said it's a good awful experience trying to use this app on an Android based phone. the app constantly closes laggy buggy logs you out and then there seems to be no support from hudl. the app does not allow you to record and upload over mobile data only over Wi-Fi which is annoying when you're out of practice. There is no hudl support for Android devices that's the reason for one star.

The app has a pretty neat feature that allows you to create highlights from team videos and create your own highlight reel. The problem is every time you create a highlight video it takes you back to beginning of the video and you have to search for the exact spot again. Tech support is off shore and sends you canned responses. They either don't have the ability or the initiative to solve your problem.
