The app has always been subpar but now I cannot access my tickets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but when I try to login into my account it goes to a blank white page

Very unstable. Crashes often. Won't allow access to my tickets. Says "session has expired" and to login, but app crashes. When reloading the app, there is no place to login. Uninstalled the app. After reinstalling, I was able to login an access my season tickets. It is now the 22 of August, still no updates or fixes to the app. Continues to crash and not allow access to season tickets without reinstalling the app. I would expect a better app from ATLUTD and Ticketmaster.

The app is astonishingly bad. Once it "forgets" your log in info, to access your tickets you have to clear the apps cache and data storage before it let's you log in and access your tickets. Real fun having to do this before every game. Edit: changed to one star because there is no way I'm helping to bring the average up.

I have to uninstall this app constantly,bibget the error message "session expired please sign in again" when I go to manage my tickets, but the app will not let me back out of that screen or sign in again if I close it and reopen. The only option I've found that works is uninstall and reinstall it. 8/9 this is still a problem, how is uninstall and reinstall an app a way to work ... So incredibly annoying...

When you go to your "Manage Tickets" account, it gives an error message saying "Session Expired Please sign in Again" but there's no way to sign in, go back, or do anything. It completely locks up the app and have to swipe it closed. Same thing happens when you try to click on the "Log in to ticketmaster" link. Totally worthless.

This app since its inception has been nothing short of a nightmare. Whether it be "session expired" every time I enter my login info or the inability to even log in to manage tickets or ticketmaster not recognizing my credentials or...you get the idea. Asthetically the feed and media all look nice and function well. I just wish the app would actually work as it pertains to account and ticket management, which in my experience has never been the case.

This is terrible. It alternates between various non-working states - stuck on "Loading", stuck on "Loading Configuration", all blank white pages with "Please check back later", etc. I've tried various workarounds, including uninstalling and reinstalling, and some of those were partially successful - the app would start working again, only to fail again shortly after. This was a bad trade - can we bring back the old app?

Like others have said..it isnt usable. I cannot access my tickets through the app. I have tried numerous times. Every single time I click manage my tickets a screen pops up that says something about signing in. Only it wont let me. It freezes. Cannot go back to Previous or anything...just stuck. I tried updating hoping that would solve it. Nope. Previous seasons I did not have a problem with it. This year it has been nothing but trouble
