This app is only useful to pay the current amount owed and report an outage. You can't see your bill and if you have an outage and want to see the outage map, you have to use the website. Despite the sign in process and trying to find exactly what I need to, the website is superior to this useless app.

Update 11/5/24. Update made it worse. Cant even log in. The log in process is the worst it shouldnt take you to the web. Handle it through the APP. This is entry level garbage. Makes you input your name and email after logging into your account??? And refuses to let you know your actuall bill amount. No info whatsoever. Just take a guess on what you owe and send it.

What a useless app. Always have to go to the web to make payment. Why does this exist? The money spent on Speedway should be credited to customer accounts. Revised from 1 star to 3: It appears this has been addressed. Signed on without issue. Payment already made via web site this month so will review next month when it's time to make payment

Wow after 5 years of having a shi**y app and no one to help you with it. National grid took a crowbar to their wallets and made an app that works. I went from one star too 2 stars. You are still a scumbag company! * went to pay my first bill with the new app and speedpay never pushed my payment through or let national grid know it was pending. But that's ok national grid had no problems charging me late fees and having me pay twice on the same bill. Back to one star.

The app is a pathetic. Opens to select an account and that's it. No account or accounts shown, I only have one. I un-installed it three times and it does the same thing every time.

Theirs no way to login. The only thing it allows you to do is pay your bill, not actually check how much you owe or any of the other features available on the website.
