Good idea, poor implementation. The objective of this implementation is to sell replacement cartridges. It does not allow setting a schedule for dispensing the liquid. This results in rapid depletion of the product then necessitating the purchase of a new cartridge. Will throw this out and chalk it up as a good lesson. Not recommended. Would buy it again with the following improvements: 1. Allow setting a dispensing schedule 2. Make the cartridge refillable. 2. Provide bulk refill liquid

It should not be so difficult!!! Can't get past 30% of setup. Locks up my device & says Connection Unsuccessful. With live chat, I followed all steps. Factory reset. Try again (7 times). Sadly, I will be returning the entire kit to Lowe's.

Customer service is never available, tried several times to speak to a rep but never received a call back. Do not buy this device it does not work and there's no support.

App constantly chrashing, product longevity is misleading. Not sure I would recommend the product itself or the app at this time.

Nothing worked including their help site. Have eberything installed, hope the hardware is better than the software!
