Can't use on Android. I have used iMemories for years and all of my photos and videos are on the site. With the last couple of updates I have not been able to upload pictures. I pay a yearly subscription. I have called several times and also sent emails with this concern but have never been able to correct issues. Very disappointed with this product. Working on getting all my items to a different site. I don't want to. Please fix the issues for Android users.

Great for viewing and sharing your digital memories after they've been transferred from 8mm, Super8, VHS, etc. A couple of problems; trying to order a DVD, but cannot find where to do it here or on the website. There's no link to do it. Please can you fix it for 5 stars?

I like the camera feature where you can take pics or video within the ap, to auto save, rather than transfer manually. I prefer website better via Pc vs. ap. Ap freezes a lot, there are times when attempting upload, it does not activate. Nothing happens. I also wish they would create away to make subfolders (i.e. Folder: 2017 Halloween, then Subfolder : pumpkin patch).

IMemories a wonderful app to have,to be able to access your memory at any time,and not only for oneself, but for others. The price is a little high, but worth it in the long run. I gave it a three star, because many people don't know, if your app goes black, you must delete the app from your phone and reinstall it, inorder to work properly again, and every time the app fails to work. If they would fix that problem, it would be a five star app

I've always loved IMemories app and have been using it for many years. Since the last update, though, I am unable to get the app to even open! It always says "Account is currently authorizing". Therefore, I am forced to go on the actual website and login to view my photos/videos. What is going on??? I pay annually for a service that only half works. (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleaned the cache, and that did NOT work.). Please advise as to what I should do. Thank u.

App doesn't allow uploading videos anymore, web page glitches way too much. I will select 5 videos to upload, it acts like its uploading all of them (does the 0%-100% for ea video) then only shows one completed video uploaded AFTER I complete log out and sign back in hours later. This use to be a good company but I guess they got the money they wanted and to hell with customer service.

Forget how the app works, the customer service is horrible. They force you to pay for their service up front and then if for whatever reason they can't convert to digital, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. This is a horrible way to do business. I sent 3 VHS tapes, paid for all three, but they only converted one with no explanation until I inquired by email. Was told 2 tapes were only copyrighted material. Didn't know this. Thought it was home videos.

Don't try to download if you're an Android user! It won't work with the latest version and they don't care, they still advertise as if the app works for everyone. I had subscribed to a full year of storage so I could show my family the movies and I can't with this app. There's no release date of the updated app.
