I have NO idea how it happened because I didn't do it, but somehow on my app I was added to be a guild member & charged $187 and some odd cents. I contacted my bank & have placed a dispute on the transaction. I have canceled it at least 3 times on the app. It will say "cancelled" and below that my subscription ends in a year. I keep getting emails about my 'perks' for being a guild member. There is no phone number to call. I did send an email to the support email listed. Very frustrated

Overall good content, although recently there has been more "cheesy" low quality content added that I thought the studio was originally supposed to be an alternative to. The app is frequently buggy. Although I am a member of the guild and have full access, I dislike how much content has been put behind paywalls, especially smaller shows trying to grow their audience like The Wingfeather Saga.

Used to like it. I love the content. But, I am not sure if there was an update or if it isn't compatible with my Motorola or whatever. I can't seem to get anything to load or play. It works on my smart TV, but not my phone. I restarted my phone, and I uninstalled and reinstalled. It is very likely my phone because it works on my sister's iPhone.

Great content... when I can get the app to work. Some tv shows(pilot to Freelancers)will NOT cast to my tv, while some shows(second episode of Freelancers)will.Even if I do get the app to cast, it takes about ten minutes to get it to connect.All of the other streaming sites work fine.Also,I read through the reviews.I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one having issues with the app.I may cancel my subscription and resubscribe after bugs are fixed.Hope that's soon, since there's good content

I love the Angel Studio content. High quality movies and shows without the need to include R rated content. My only criticism is streaming from my Samsung television. For some reason the movies I've watched are never a smooth broadcast. The sound is perfect but the picture is herky jerky which takes away from the experience. This is the only app with this problem. If there is a fix in the app it would be greatly appreciated. But please keep providing the wonderful content.

Only some of their offerings will cast to Google Chromecast device despite multiple attempts to correct with their tech support. I pay the yearly subscription amount and can only watch on small screen devices. 😡 Please correct this soon or refund part of my subscription.

Love the Content the get; Despise the App. Stops the stream to Chromecast randomly when not open on the app. Takes a long time to start up, navigate, and start videos. Makes it hard to want to support the company, no wonder some of their content creators are choosing to move elsewhere. Will just stick to supporting the shows individually.

Also, please add CLOSED or OPEN captions to torch videos so that deaf / hard of hearing guild members can vote unencumbered without having to resort to less accurate auto-caption software. Also,
