Too bad. How can anyone can give 5 stars? This app just too bad. The UX is terrible. There are so many things that you cannot click. And at My Shipment section, you cannot see anything. The filter is laughable. Progress or Selesai, if you need to see Selesai part, next page, then you will find Progress again. And mostly nothing showing. You need to exit the app, and start over again and again. This app is just too bad.

What a disappointment! My internet connection is stable, location services is on, and I grant location permission to the app, BUT the app just won't find nearby JNE address. It says: "Maaf saat ini transaksi sedang mengalami gangguan silakan ulangi beberapa saat lagi!". I exit the app, trying other apps that required data & locations and all other app work as intended. I guess this JNE app is just buggy and unstable, I even waiting few hours to try again, yet it still stuck with same error!

Very confusing system and the app isnt useful. Leading to customer suspicion due to unclear unsyncronized system in using the app, courier pick up and tranparency in cost calculation. The customer care line is not helpful either - trying to throw back the problem to customer to find her own way to solve instead of tracking it.

The tracking feature doesn't show details even though have opened and closed the app repeatedly, what a wasting time. Jne shipping getting slower and the worse is I can not track the position of the package, looks like the developer didn't fix the bug.

After latest android UI and system update, the app stopped working and stuck on white screen. It happened for months and still no update for fixes. People might assume the services is going downhill due to competition.

Bullcrap application. Hey JNE you're just wasting money hiring the app dev for making this app. I tried to register but never received the OTP email. I close the app, then put my phone number again, but it asks for PIN (????). I haven't even finished the registration process, or worse I haven't input any otp for confirmation when registering.

The Apps is fine, but the service is bad. They lack of coordination in their internal courier. Central office cannot do anything if the courier can't deliver on time. If you call to complain, they only told you to wait 4 days (it's their default answer), although your package is late serveral days.

The worst app and developer ever. Not sure how they made a connection with Rupi Digital but they never send my failed top up transaction back. It's not about the amount, it is all about the consumer's trust and you guys lost them all at the first try. This apps should never been released bcs they dont help anything.
