Booking classes is easy but could be more steamlined. Holt park layout is different to other centres which isn't helpful. The option to book sailing shouldn't appear at every centre. The app is completely lacking a search function which works well on the booking website.

The main thing I would use this for is looking at the swim time table. It opens portrait and can't be zoomed and on a phone is too small to read. It is totally pointless; the web site lets you download it and then you can zoom.

Great app, works good with no issues. can flick between different leisure centres easily, and has all the information needed to make a booking.

Completely hopeless. It's obviously a thin layer over the website, complete with broken links and reprimands for "using the back button in your browser". I'm not using a browser, I pressed a big button you put on the screen in the app! Doesn't remember your payment details. Leaves you in a dead end after payment with no booking confirmation. Pointless filters on centre and date before you can see your bookings. I only have one! Use the desktop site instead. It's marginally better.

Shockingly bad. It's designed by someone who has never used an app before. Incredibly clunky, slow, lacking basic information on sessions. Lists days and days of activities together and no way to tell what day you are looking at. Doesn't have alerts or confirmation emails. Also don't tell you what day you booked. Back button resets your search, no way to filter for bookable sessions. A collage student could develop a better interface. Hold a user feedback session and fix this dog.

The app does work well for booking appointments, and is much better than the website. The design of the app is getting worse, as more and more tiles are added to each screen. It's genuinely hard to know where to click, and feels more like a space to advertise everything Leeds is doing than an app to help me access the gym. I wish it would be scaled back to just the essential functions (booking classes basically).

Only used for a few minutes and already explored the entire app. It doesn't have running track available for booking so have to call to book it. It takes you to the "black Friday deal" page as soon as you open it, NOT the home screen, despite me being logged in with a membership already... Buttons to things that don't have any info, and no preferences settings

I really like it. It works really well with no particular issues. However - favouriting a class doesn't quite work the way i hoped it would. Sometimes i go to a class through favourites and i get an error msg saying it is unavailable. So i can't then remove it. I also wish you could sort your favourite classes into days, but no biggie. One question though: how do you get onto a class waiting list??
