This app is trash. Reptrax requires you to sign into a facility and then they want you to sign out which wouldn't be a problem except the app doesn't allow you to sign out. The entire purpose of having this app is to sign out after signing in which makes no sense and that doesn't work. It's very irritating when reps are required to use these particular systems and then the systems are not maintained in the slightest which wind up penalizing us.

What a joke. I start the app with my name and password, it says "Loggin in..." The nothing else happens. They tell me I've reached my maximum daily uploads after just a few documents. They still haven't reviewed the documents from a week ago. I can't see which documents have been uploaded and are still pending review. Most credentialing systems feel like scams, but this is one of the worst. If you are a hospital or other facility considering using Sec3ure as your credentialing provider ple.

This App was updated and no longer works as intended. For my work phone. A Moto G Stylus, Android version 11. Logging in is extremely slow or not at all, no matter how your phone is connected even to wifi or not. Couldn't get the app to connect to Sec3ure GO badge ever. Prev app version I used 2-3 accounts per week. I have verified through company IT this is an app problem and not a phone issues. Please FIX/update or national company will be forced to find alternative solutions.

Horrible service and even worse app. Never works and they seem to care less. 30 minute waits on support line. The dreaded blue badge never works. Why facilities continue to use the service is beyond my understanding.

The app does not work. After putting in my credentials it will spin and say logging in, but it has not logged in in over a month's time. This is frustrating to say the least

Used to work great. Now it won't at all. Dont make changes to things that impact careers that require flexibility like I don't know...emergent medical cases. Laughable they charge as much yearly for this experience. Get it together.

Just received notification that there was a new update for the app. After updating it let's me enter my login info, but nothing happens. It just says logging in, but will not open up the app. Update: It's now letting me login but takes a few minutes, but none of my facilities are loading, or my full account info.

Badge is not pairing and it constantly won't pull up my information. I will force stop and close the app and go back in and it still won't show anything. I even try logging out and back in.
