In previous version, zoom in zoom out and scroll map was available in live location section . In newer version it's removed . Kindly bring back that feature in this version. There is no point of checking live location now .

No tracking. It shows no buses, even though there are buses running. It is difficult to rely on this app. At least learn from the TGSRTC app. Also, feedback/ complaint on the conductor option is not there. Lot to improve the services.

We chose to tracking service number 4910 which started at 10.30pm on 10.10.2024 from VSP. At 6.10 am on 11.10.2024 , we tracked this service on app and it shows that bus has not started. It is simply taking date of 11.10.2024. System should ask date of travel also, and fetch the data. Though the data is available in Last week punctuality, similar to train app, it should ask date of journey and display data Pl check and fix this bug

Very worst app the app is not showing between two location buses and lots of bugs in new version and the older works very well please roll back the older version it a sincere request

It doesn't shows exactly where the bus is. The app is not good at all. It could not show the exact location of the bus. They should improve the app much better...😓😓😓

Worst app, government buses are will never follow this timings in app and was, iam a student pass passenger. Iam always opens this App every morning but this app doesnt shows the schedule and pop with error . And also some Conductors are very lazy to click "left" in the tickets machine , which updates Automatically in the app.

Pallevelugu bus track you can improve more. search for buses between two locations (from - to ) not show all bus types. It's also you can improve more. Particular location not available all type buses not showing. Search for bus stop Near by me also you can improve more. Track bus by vehicle number - Bus types select not available. Perticular location select not available.

It would be great if the buses timing and their location were accurate as we can't wait on road for hours looking for a bus. It was troublesome to travel without the accuracy in live tracking. Hope you will respond to this
