INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime via your phone and can follow your bus’s location. Let the app guide you to your bus stop. Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the bus stop, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won't miss any information. Very important: don't forget to allow push notifications!
BAGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free carry-on bag on board and 1 free suitcase or travel bag. Unlike flights or others means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more baggage with you on the bus. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers are happy to help you stow them away. COMFORT ON BOARD

The wifi is terrible, a waste of time. Bad, bad bad. If you need WiFi to book accommodation or further travel, FORGET IT! Everything else is ok or better. Which is sad, because they overlook/under estimate the easiest distraction (internet) on what could be a stressful journey. Sort it out FlixBus, you manage a decent standard everywhere else.

The app worked fine for me, but I had to download it because the website is utter trash. My payment would not go through even though I had more than enough money and all the correct details. I tried with multiple cards from multiple banks in multiple countries. Still no luck. I even followed all the trouble shooting advice on the help page. Non of it worked. I won't be booking with Flexibus in the future. If you are adament you want to book then I suggest getting the app abd booking through that

This app is unreliable, the teams are mostly uninformative.tried to cancel a trip I had because i missed the first bus due to misinformation about a delay and the bus's location. Second half of the trip was insured and way before the bus would arrive but since i missed the first bus of the order : no way to cancel anything, no money back, nothing. Oh, and the sat-nav localisation is wrong or not working with their buses. Why add a feature that doesn't work. Misinformation by text on delays.

When you are booking your trips, be aware of delays of this bus. Sometimes they even cancel some trips. App is most of the time useless . Misinformation happens often. No money back , no refund if you miss your bus due to uncorrect information. Timetable shows one thing app another. Be careful. Stay tuned for everything.

Sadly the app doesn't show me the neither depature plattform nor the delay. So unfortunatly overall a pretty bad expierience. The trip section of the app seems like an afterthought to the ticket section, which is pretty good. But for everthing except buying the ticket I'd much rather use the db-app. Also the option for the settings apear to be pretty lackluster, as i only adjust the currency and distance units. The app would be a good alpha build, but lacks functionality like a prod build.

Not fully impressed. It would not accept my amex card, despite being listed as an acceptable payment option. Also would not allow me to choose to return to a different area from my start point. (Going to NYC from a nearby city, but wanted to return from NYC to a close suburb). And there is no way to reach a live human to have complex issues/questions resolved in real time. Needs to have a live chat and a phone number that is not just an automated machine that ends up hanging up on you!

Disappointed that, on first loading, the phone app wanted to track my location - which the web-based version doesn't. Found the city-entry process non-intuitive compared to Mega Bus and National Express which both let you type your starting point and destination straight into the box rather than taking you on to a search page. Wasn't impressed that my first ticket purchase "randomly" situated me in front of the WC. Of course I then bought myself a "premium" seat. If it happens again I'll know!

The app is mainly designed to ease the experience of purchasing new tickets but it doesn't seem to care about the accuracy of the traveling information, and providing support afterwards. The app is not helpful for travelers when they need support with their trips and trip details information are usually inaccurate or misleading which lead to bad travelling experience and further frustration.
