Useless search. I want to go to London, Victoria Coach Station. Search offers 'Victoria', tells me there are no departures, then gives me the every stop for every coach, including Victoria. So I have to wake through 5x the number of options. Really?

They have worst service. Like the worst. They ask you to come 15 mins earlier b,t they will show up like half an hour after their allocated time. And if u are just few minutes late then,they are completely departed earlier. I have booked their service 3 time and each time they were like half an hour late or more and the fourth time I have booked thinking they will be late again.. so, I was like 2 minutes late before their departure time and they were already gone and I didn't know about it

bad. everytime I applied the discount codes, it did successfully to discount at first, but when I proceed to the payment page, the discount code is invalid and the price back to original price. like how???

My Orleans Express bus never showed up, and I had to book a train ticket as an alternative. Busbud tried to contact Orleans Express to get me a refund, but they never responded. Nevertheless, Busbud finally (after 4 weeks) refunded me in full. I still think Orleans Express should reimburse me for my alternative transportation, but that's outside of Busbud's control.

Found 3 bugs in 1 day: 1. If you go through "forgot my password" and don't already have an email registered, there's no message 2. When creating an account with email and confirming password, hitting the Back arrow on Android should close the keyboard if it's up (which it is) but here it undoes all your progress and sends you to the previous page even though your keyboard is up. 3. Confirmation link redirects to the app (I have a pihole) so I had to delete the app to fix it after 5 attempts

You have a bug, at least for argentinian users. When you search for tickets for a new travel, if price in the search result list is in USD, when you tap to buy the ticket it gives you an error. Everything is solved when you change, manually of course, USD to a local money (ARS) from the search result list, before you pick a ticket. Maybe you do that automatically with GPS but, like me, a lot of people hava it disabled while they aren't using it.

I like the app, it's easy to use and when trying to buy bus tickets in Argentina online rather than in person at the bus station has proved to be the easiest option. Not being able to pay in local currency is a real drawback however, the exchange rate offered when I have to pay in sterling is the "official rate" and not the "blue" rate so bus tickets generally end up costing more than twice the quoted price.

I bought round-trip bus tickets between two cities in Mexico. The app and the pdf of the tickets didn't list the correct address of the bus station. The app also had a map to the station which was inaccurate. Their customer service was pretty quick to refund us. I'd give the app another try when traveling in the US, but will be careful using it abroad.
