A lot of time on the app when I click to start work and the ticket opens the work didn't start. and sometimes, I had to click start work two times after that. Sometimes, when I click to open a ticket on the app, it does not open. I scroll up and down to click on a different ticket in the opens. Tickets don't load properly. When I click on a particular job it only highlights. It doesn't open the ticket to see the text. And now when I tap on the map for a particular job it doesn't open that way either, it just puts a little tiny number one inside the dot.. I've used the app for a long time now and usually never had any issues and it was really easy to use. Now it's just failing all over the place. OH and also tickets that were closed, All of a sudden appear back in the load. Frustrating

Using Samsung S10. Application data and downloads work now. Syncing works on Android now. Click on maps and takes several minutes to download the map of the work area now no matter how fast the connection. Speed test show high 70s I download speed and upload speed is around 30. Still maps take quite some time to load. Slowness started around November 2019 or before.

After the last update on February 4th 2022 the mobile version. When I select pictures from gallery and click on Save the app crashes and when I reopen the app there's no pictures that have been saved . 2/15/21 update: it deleted my entire work day after it crashed and I had to reinstall the app.

I've been using this app for many years now, but this last update has really gone downhill freezes on the Android format all the time. Seems to work flawless on Apple looks like I will be switching, ugh!!!!

sucking! sfter the last update the maps won't work. is there a different option for maps on here. quit changing the stuff that works. i use this app EVERYDAY please fix it. or remover the update. thanks

This is perhaps the worst ticket management app I've ever been forced to use. The mobile PC version ten years ago was better. They bought Digtrack, they need to use what they bought. This app is horrible.

The app is slow and lags continuously. The app also freezes almost every time I try to switch between tabs.
