My department uses this app for everyday calls, which is fine, but the thing of it is, when I use it to respond to calls or see what's going on. I can't because I'm never notified, and when I am, it is hours later into the call itself and almost finished. I have to physically go into the app when I have my notification settings for it on, volume up, and on standby for nothing to happen. Only when I physically go into the app can I see what's going on. I missed a major call last night. 😒😒😒

The original version of this app was probably the best on the market. Now, since the 'upgrade,' it is now close to the bottom due to the constant problems with non notifications, crashes, poor mapping and tracking, and inability to change alert sounds from a little ding-dong to something that would get your attention. I have had to go back to my fire pager in order to make sure I get the calls, because I can't trust this app to do it now.

This latest version just pushed to existing users is almost unusable. App constantly crashes, you have to force close and reopen for continued use. Messaging doesnt work. New dashboard is difficult to view. Closed calls dont refresh. Call logs are not chronological and filled with useles responder status. The entire department is asking for a way to reinstall the previous version, or look for a replacement. We are unable to depend on this app for Critical 911 reponse and updates.

My department just started using the app. We all love it. I personally have an android, and have not had any problems. Its amazing how long dispatch can hold onto a call before sending it out. Being able to read CAD details is also very helpful. Then just a push on the address brings up maps. My only suggestion is being able to select various alert tones. Maybe there is and I just don't know how to change it. Good job guys! Hope you profit well from this, you deserve it!

Hate to bag on fellow first responders who've developed an app environment that we've become reliant upon, but they've outkicked their coverage with the lack of IT department to fix fundamental issues quickly after version pushes. It's been out of whack for two months now. All you get from them is "we are a small team...blah blah". Great app when it works. Notification categories are not what they used to be - no cad call category. Slow, closes itself on back button instead of stopping on home.

Always crashing unreliable. The new updates are trash the company doesn't listen to their customer base or first responders. The UI is cluttered. Hard to select sounds.Everyone is literally telling you to go back to what you had this sucks. Always crashing cant loaf calls. Unreliable considering it's literally 911 Information that's important. This app was amazing and good not anymore. Many agencies in our area are looking to leave due to being unable to rely on the app to work when you need it.

What kind of alerting app doesn't allow you to change the notification sounds? I don't want calm sounds in the middle of the night because it doesn't wake me up. The old sound it used for me was perfect, but now I'm missing calls. App needs to be updated asap to allow ringtone selection, just like every other app in my phone already does.

When we first started using this app, it was great! After the last few updates it has been terrible! It only opens part of the time, then you'll have it crash in the middle of using it and it'll take forever to restart. The majority of our department is extremely disappointed with it. I know we're looking at other programs to replace it, which is too bad, because like I said, it was great!
