Latest version has many issues 1. e-resource are not date wise sorted 2. Pdf file opens but when download it, an error is shown "Storage permission is required to download the file" and in apps permission there is no option to allow this permission

The application doesn't work. It has a very laggy platform and the application becomes blank after few time and doesn't even factory reset after uninstalling

Ths app doesn't seems to be ease, which does not the have to option to play next video, infact directly exits the entire app. Where we have to open the app again. M not sure m the only on facing this issue. It's time consuming. Every time it exits the entire the app after a video. So looking forward for quick changes so that it is user friendly for a kid without parents guide. Don't know about the other parents 😬...other wise app is excellent.

Nice app. But also found some problems, like (i) earlier the notification of absence from school used to come alongwith the sms but now it is disabled. (ii) The newly updated app is having advt. which is not necessary for all and irritating sometimes. This info should be inside any button or link. (iii) There should be an option to add/ edit / modify the profile as well as the Student's photo. Hope the matter would be looked into.

Not working after new update, it is asking institution id for sneh international school. We have the admission number, but not the institution id. Earlier OTP feature to get login or reset password was awsome, which is not available in new version. Developer must rethink about end user experience. Institution id is not readily available with any parent as of now for Sneh International School.
