I changed my mind. Barely 3 stars. Glitches. Slowing down. I am using a SS S23 ultra, fairly new phone. Need to upgrade with more reaction options for texts. I don't get it. Why they don't allow to change the registered email freely? Dec 9, 2024 KakaoTalk is way better than Line, WhatsApp or FB messenger imo. It has much less or almost no glitch and the updates are always efficient. Never had any issue for the last 6 years and still going strong. It's the best. Nov 8, 2018

"I installed this app because I have many friends in South Korea, but I am unable to contact them. Whenever I send a message, it shows 'Talk Safety Pass' and mentions something about a Korean number, and it doesn’t allow me to send messages to my friends. How frustrating! I thought Korea was a highly advanced country. Kindly resolve this issue so that we can easily communicate with our Korean friends. Thank you.

I faced an issue while signing up on KakaoTalk. After agreeing to terms and registering with my mobile number, I followed the verification steps. However, every time I click on 'Check Verification,' a pop-up says, 'Verification is still in progress. Please click OK later.' It’s been over two hours, and I still can't proceed. This is frustrating and disrupts the sign-up process. Please fix this issue for a smoother experience.

Verification process doesn't work. I deleted my account, made a new one and it still doesn't work. It keeps asking to send a verification message but there's NOTHING to send each time. I even went out of my way to type the message myself and it still didn't work. I'm disappointed because I did enjoy using the app for the time I had it.

This app needs the highest update. I hope the team managers will be on board with changing everything. Please send a verification code to your number; you don't need to request it via SMS. The team managers need to do more updates, which is why we want them. We love the app, but many people are having trouble signing in due to poor connection.

I cannot sign in to the application. I can't send the verification code to the given number with my phone not received the code. Even if I could send the message, the verification process is not complete. My phone model is realme c67. I have tried every possible way but still can't create an account. After the recent update, i cannot use Bluetooth earphones for voice calls. It doesn't show the option to choose it. It works totally fine for any other apps and regular calls.
