What started as a very good company "KeepTruckin", now turned into total disaster after rebranding to "Motive". This is our last year with them, only due to contract. If we could cancel today, we would do it in a heartbeat. If you looking for "overseas scam call center" experience this is a perfect company for you. They will lie, cheat, and threaten to disconnect the service to the whole fleet if you ask uncomfortable questions about contract. NOT A PARTNERSHIP YOU WANT TO BE IN. STAY AWAY!

Absloutly horrible company, after several issues I cancelled services with them to take effect on the next auto renewal. They didn't cancel, tried to bill me, I refused to pay and reminded them I already cancelled services so they sent me to collections. Avoid anything to do with this company.

Fleet app not good for much. The app was halfway decent being able to check malfunction indicators camera views were way faster now after the update it's laggy and it doesn't give me an option to check the engine light when it comes on without going to a computer to check it whatever this update did is making me considered providers.

This app should have customizable fleet options. Like adding or removing drivers from vehicles. Managing my fleet on-the-go would be helpful. But other than that, it's a good visual tool to see where your assets are.

App takes to long to refresh and update. It gives false notifications and vehicle maintenance and cant reset itself. Cameras are very blurry if truck is not on and when it is on, it only shows a picture of where the truck is not a live view.

This guy are so crazy with their prices , a regular eld cost about $19 to $24 a month,nothing especial with this guys , do they give you free equipment for about $600 subscription payment for a whole year but them after the year they try collect a automatic payment for $1200 , guys stop any automatic payments if you already subscribed to their services..

Caution Advised: "Go Run Away" Might Be a More Apt Name for Go Motive Strongly advise against Go Motive. Cancelled within the agreed period, yet they billed us for the full 3-year term, sending a $16,000 invoice to collections. Customer service is a nightmare – endless holds, often for 3+ hours, and unfulfilled promises of resolving issues. Misleading practices and poor service. Beware

Keeps old codes, doesn't clear unless you unplug it from the truck
