GARBAGE! Provided to me by my physician to monitor specific aspects of my care, I thought it would be a huge asset. I quickly discovered that at least 75% of the content is unavailable. Upon contacting tech support, uninstalling and reinstalling, there is no change. They could only tell me that they could access all content on their end and would forward my issues on to development and maybe there would be an update soon to fix a bug. Using since 5/30/23 & so far, no change.

New update messaging issues. All messages are now in a white font, so you can't even read or write coherently. It's trash. Keeps saying I don't have permissions even though I Uninstalled and reinstalled. My Healthcare is conditional upon being able to do my tasks and talk remotely with Nurse. How can I be expected to succeed when this app is unreliable?

The app tells me every day that I have not done my health checks after I've completed them. In the last ten days, it has asked me to call support to get into it.

Keeps saying there's an update when I open the app and there's no update. Then there's a pop-up asking if I want to take my vitals now or later. If I say now it boots me out of the app. If I say later the pop-up goes away for about 10 seconds pops back up an then another pop up comes on saying something to the effect of this application is having a hard time loading close now or wait. I press wait. It shows it's loading and says close or wait again. Your app is the only one that does this.

Doesn't give accurate information kicks me off everytime i try to use it. When i do get on it i have to restart as it drops connection to wifi. I'd never recommend it and i am forced to use it. The only good thing is the staff both nursing & tech are very nice.

I keep daily info on this app but I am forced to make several attempts each time just to get it done. It puts the wrong number in or won't connect to the pulseox, or just an aggravation in general. Now this latest forced update won't let me in at all. Waiting on tech support to call me back.

I use this app as req'd by one of my doctors. In a recent update, a single minor change in your daily measurements changes your trend line to red, which creates undue stress. As a pain patient, an acute flare may increase my heart rate, or cause loss of sleep. I don't need reminded of it constantly when I do my forced monitoring for the doctor.

Currently having issues with app continuously closing since quick dash came up. Can't seem to get past it his week. Checked for update. None. Checked phone no issues, nothing else running.
