Built to help simplify your work needs, the Workforce Central mobile app (formerly known as Kronos Mobile) provides employees and managers quick, secure access to Workforce Central.Employees can punch in/out for work, check their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can take care of exceptions as they come up, ensure staffing and schedules are good to go, take action on time off requests, and other and other key needs.
The Workforce Central mobile app also works offline, so don’t worry if you’re not able to connect to data. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

Junk. Its useful for only one thing, and that's checking your schedule. Even then, there's always a better alternative. (March 2025 edit) And it gets worse. Now you can't use the app without letting them know your precise location. Get bent.

This app is awful! I'm generally a patient person, but attempting to shift swap tested my patience! I needed to take the 14th off, so I tried requesting shift swap for someone on the 12th or 13th, days I would be off. Since they show everyone working that day and not only those available to work Friday, I had to keep trying everyone only to be told they're not available. To make things worse, it takes forever to load, and I have to keep switching the date back when I try someone else!

They put an immovable bar to acesss unneeded app options at the top of the screen that makes it impossible to select menu options you might actually use. Need to go back to the last screen? Sorry that option can't be selected and clicking back will crash the app!

Until 3 weeks ago, this app worked great. For some reason it has stopped working at our hospital for all employees that have an android phone. The log in screen never comes up, it's just a blank white screen.

No biometric login available, you have to enter log in information every time and clocking in and out has not been enabled or is not an available option through my job I guess. According to Google and YouTube it is but not for every corporation. This would be super helpful if implemented.

Not working,,, did you get hacked again, it states can not connect to the server. Why is there always issue with your mobile app. Please look into this.

Very slow, can barely sign-in half the time, and the constant signing in is very tedious compared to just keeping me logged in.

This app is trash, it hasn't worked since install. The login in is always difficult, and FORGET resetting your password, that email is NEVER coming through. Don't bother looking in your spam box, it just didn't get sent, because I don't think Kronos employes humans. Get ready to _____ your employer even more for using such a garbage app, because this has to be deliberate torture.
