Totally waste of time and money. After paying for Membership still situation remains same. You can't view profiles approx 80% profiles are without profile pictures. If you call customer care only solution given by them is to edit your preferences. Its like we have to go according to their preferences not ours. Once you complain suddenly you will receive other community profiles which is of no use. Really one of the worst experience i had.

2) Update Jan 20 2022 Hi KSH Team, The profiles viewed from my end and that are not connected are not showing in the that tab. This is a bug in the app that you should fix this instead of explaining the feature. There are a lot of scope in UI for improvement you should focus on that as well. 1) Previous comment Dec 16 2021. Hi KSH Team, This tab Viewed Not Contacted is not showing the profiles I visited. Please fix this, I'll increase rating if once you are done. Thanks.

I could have given a zero stars if possible. Worst kind of app and worst kind of profiles. People are in need of money purses and ATMs rather than grooms. App needs to work on deleting the profiles that have not been logged in for long. Not even worth the penny of what was paid for membership. Sorry for using this app.

Total wastage of money,even app work not properly/smoothly.Whenever I saw any profile message show app not working property and I bound to close the app.It also not recommend any proper rista as per my filter and whatever does, it recommend same rista repeatedly.

The number 1 worst app. They will go on calling for payment. After paying the amount they will not give any proper profile which will match to our profile. They will also remove the matches once we pay amount. They will also modify our personal profile. If we call and ask they will say no no we access your profile we don't know how it's happened. Like many things faced from these people. This is only a fraud app. Please don't install and pay amount.

Worst application. Until you take premium membership customer care guys will be back of us. After taking membership, no relevant profiles in the search. If you try to talk to customer care, call will never connect to them. Customer care service is pathetic. Please don't install this application.

I'm facing lots of issues and I have raised my concerns to the support team still my issue was not resolved... I have raised three complaints in this month itself. I have upgraded for 3 months in this i lost one month because of the issues I'm facing.. still same issue was not resolved.. I am really feeling why should I have taken membership in this kshtriya matrimony... Really i am having bad service 😞

The worst app and waste of money ,we are not getting proper matchs and all are fake profiles are created from kastriya matrimony and we are not able to reach them ,the contact numbers are not reachable and few contact numbers are able reach them but their marriages already fixed.This is like full planned websites to get the money from the customers.
