I can't even get into the app because I can not get the security code from either my phone number or my email and when I try to login with my Google account the whole system just stops. your product is amazing but the app is worthless if you can't even get into it.

I took the updated 2 days ago, I noticed that my device it WAS NOT COOLING the same way ANYMORE!!! I am seeing a second update, I going to take the risk and update it again... 😒😒😒😒😒 After it, I will leave a second review of the changes and results observed.

I use this with the COOLIFY Cyber. The battery indicator is extremely inaccurate. It displayed 90% battery before my Cyber died. Regularly disconnects from the device. Sometimes goes into a connect/disconnect loop. Only useful thing about it is full control of the speed of the fans. I want a separate control for cooling strength of the pads, like the heating has. Also, the app icon is extremely ugly and basic.

I am still figuring this app out, and there is no way to Google anything. So I am here to help fellow users. My app lost Bluetooth connection with my Coolify 2s yesterday. After trying everything and Googling everything, I attempted a fix. On the underside, where you find the charging port, you will see 3 holes on the other"arm". Take a toothpick and very gently insert it into the center hole. Now you will be able to find device via Bluetooth.

This app works. Once. I get my coolify, connect it, everything works flawlessly. Turn off Bluetooth and location and it will not reconnect. Literally every time i want to use this app, i have to reinstall it and factory reset the device for it to work. Absolutely unacceptable. Ok, now after the latest update it's much more consistent, but every once in a while, I'll still have to reset, so 3 stars for now

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE HAVING CONNECTION ISSUES I had the same issue with the Bluetooth dropping out after the initial setup. Customer svc guided me through a simple process and I haven't had issues since: 1. Press and hold the power button + switch button for 5-8 seconds while the COOLIFY 2S is off. 2. The digital display shows 188%(3s), indicating that the factory reset is complete. 3. After restarting COOLIFY 2S, use the APP to search again. I haven't had any issues since doing this once

Similar to others - 5.14.2024 app update utterly destroyed the Bluetooth (BT) connection to the app. I have the Coolify s2 & a Galaxy s20. Note when scanning for BT devices via Android system settings, I can literally see the Coolify s2 device as a BT pairing option, until I click on it. Then, a stupid pop-up occurs telling me the device will only "pair" via Torras's app. Which, cannot seem to find the universe it lives in, let alone the device it should pair with that my phone is resting on.
