very unreliable, months of notifications pile up and there is no way to eliminate them than manually closing them INDIVIDUALLY, that is also the case if you open the app on desktop. the app ALWAYS(like 100% of the time) freezes everytime I am using it in both of my phones and I always receive the prompt "Lark is not responding" I have been using this app for years to communicate with my business partners, I don't understand why the app is not improving despite the updates DINGDING is better

Overall good, but need some more feature and optimizations.. 1. Translation output is still limited into several languages. It would be much better if the language output is also available for all the existing language display option. 2. Automatic translation is often delayed and we have to wait or reopen chat for it to translate. 3. Adding contacts should be more optimized. For example, if we can use unique username, and can add people with username searches, that would be awesome.

Lark is great in many aspects, in that it is easy to use and have so many great features. However, i have experienced many errors these past few months. It would say, "Oops... something is wrong. Please try again later." Hence, i was always unable to join a Team. And when logged out, it's troublesome that all chats/gc disappear. The app's great all-in-all. Just needs a bit of fixing. #FixYou

Absolutely amazing!! I'll be happy to give Lark 10 stars if I am able to. This app is very very useful. Probably you can find every features you'll need in this app, no doubt. Meetings, sharing documents, groups, AI bots that give you updates, schedule calendar, and etc you can find them all here! This app is a life savior for me and my team, especially on working remote (from home). I use it with my friends from different countries in the world, and it works perfectly fine!! 😍

NEVER SHOW ALL THE STAR DOCUMENTS PROPERLY.Notification like "approved" also won't even show up. Notification always simply gone even after troubleshooting??? Cant zoom in in pdf.

Very bad memory usage management. My phone has 4GB RAM but more often than not when I open lark it just keeps freezing and the system becomes totally unresponsive and doesn't let me do anything (quit, return to home, turn off screen), highly possibly due to RAM overflow. Had to hard reset the phone every single time. Need fix ASAP.

No dark mode, awkward ui design that doesnt follow conventional and modern ux guidelines, functions almost like a web wrapper and not native UI, slow, janky and clunky. Messages and content doesnt even cache locally. No basic chat threading support, web version is missing even the most basic features like accessing favourite messages. No saved messages support. No active/away status. Bad design through and through. Utter garbage. Stay away.

I am sorry but I can't help my reviews being intensely cheerful. All the amazing functionality, clean looks and despite all the options it doesn't look cluttered or hard to use. Great achievement. I will base my organizations workflow with you guys no doubt. Let's work together for a new world
