Garbage. Used to be decent, now it's all over the place. It can't even analyze pitch as accurately as it used to. I can be singing the EXACT same note (as in my voice doesn't change between takes AT ALL) and it will give COMPLETELY different results. It's become incredibly frustrating to use!!!

It's so good, I personally use it for a variety of uses beyond the app's purpose of practicing vocals. At the same time, it works properly under any running program and project. It determines the notes physically and based on frequency, but not the perfect pitch of a machine, notes are relative to the sounds produced by the human vocal which is a compact collection of thousands of vibrations affected by entire functioning of the human vocal apparatus.

It's fun to play with. I wish there was an option to hold the note down, so I could move my voice up and down at the same time I'm listening until I get it right. (The option might be there; I haven't watched any video tutorials- just went through the tutorial that was there when I first opened the app, and I only used it today, and the app wanted me to rate it.) Edit: Thank you

Really like what this app does, simple exercises with great feedback, but on my experia z5 with android 7.1.1, the sound cuts out after about 10 goes, until I restart the app. No other apps are running, this app is it to date. Tried re-starting the phone. Any solutions? Would like the paid version if I can get stable running.. Update...the developers were very responsive and went to great effort to investigate this issue, which, unfortunately, seems to be an issue with some Sony devices.

Great fun with my girls tonight (ages 5, 7, and 13). We were squawking trying to find the right note and laughing hysterically, running out of breath trying to hold the right note the longest. I know it's not the easiest thing to design an app, and I think the developers did a great job here, even though we still have a lot to learn and miles to go on vocal accuracy 😂 it's great fun learning, and ads were only when we were navigating to something new, didn't bother us much.

Wasn't very intuitive, offers no "let's get started!" Beginners level intro. Also, my problem is that the hArPSiCh0rD sound of the notes is grating to my ear and makes hitting notes harder. A real piano or guitar string sound is SO MUCH EASIER TO MATCH. The awful twang of the prompt notes makes you want to bwawahwaaa along with it. Thus destroying your potential for achieving the right note. Offer more options for note sounds, it would be a great improvement.

This app taught me alot about being a vocalist.. and has the best vocal warm up I've tried so far and the safest.. it really helped me understand my vocal range and ability and made my notes sound much better.. I went from d3-g4 To a range of b2-c6 Edit: I loved this app but with the new version I really hate the new wheel of notes in the middle. the previous one was amazing and so easy you just have to hit the note for it to be in the middle the new one is awfully confusing and frustrating.

Amazing app! However, it has an issue with identifying the pitch when singing a note. Higher harmonics seem to confuse it. I've sent the developers an email with more details. I would be very happy to give it 5 stars if this is fixed. Edit: if the "find best octave" option is checked" the issue is sort of fixed. The only risk is that you might actually be in a different octave, but that's low enough I guess.
