Your IDShield membership can be easily viewed and updated through the IDShield app. To use this app, you must already be a member. You can sign up online for membership at www.IDShield.comThe IDShield mobile app includes these features:

Everything was working great until the update on 10/16/24. Now I can't enable touch id to log in. The slider in my profile won't allow me to enable it - it's defaulted off. When I try to move it, a message says "Enable touch ID on your next login" but I CAN'T. At login the check box will not allow me to check it. "Remember me" box however, will. What gives?

New app redesign is a catastrophe. Slow, buggy, screens refresh or jump to the top randomly. No notifications at all and nowhere to set them. All the categories at the bottom make no sense. Can't view details on any alerts, assuming you can find any alerts. Sex offender details are completely gone. They couldn't have butchered their app worse if they tried. 0 stars. May God have mercy on your soul.

So far so good. The only issue that I have about the app is whenever I try to add information to be monitored, it loads and doesn't do anything else. So on the app, I can't add anything to be monitored, but on desktop I can. Also, when I add something to be monitored on desktop, it does not show up on the app itself. Their is no consistenty between the desktop and the app when it comes to monitoring. Update. Seems the inconsistent monitoring issue was fixed yesterday. Just reinstalled the app.

Ever since legal shield and id shield have transferred to this new software/ system, I have been unable to access either account, attempted to request link to change password, never received anything, I tried all this before contacting legal shield/ id shield and all I am getting is to try what I already have and it's not working. Tried using a different phone, no success, very disappointed in this company.

Not able to use most of the services and you can't email them so what's the point in having one.. Tried to install one app and was told it wasn't compatible with the app, it's a Android, which is why I paid for it, won't be renewing after this month.

I was part of the public breach. This app does not dp what they say! They are false advertising that they protect your identity. I have not gotten a security breach notice in 1 full year but yet get notified by credit cards that I was breached. This company is a money grab and a fake!!!!! Would give negative stars if I could!!!!!

while already Logged in (to your app) it shows that there is trouble to see my credit score and also trouble to see my credit alerts, it asks me to log in again... so I do that, and it loops me back to the (proverbial) drawing board... to do it again. Obviously needs fixing.

I downloaded the app and immediately tried to login. I clicked forgot username and it sent my username. When I attempted to login, it said my account had not been activated and to click "activate account". There is no option on the screen for "activate account." So far, I can't even get into the app to start using it.
