I think that it's a good program but but some of the Dr's are not attentive. I had an appointment with Ben Wallace which he was very late in calling and I had walked from my phone but I immediately called back within 2 minutes of missing his call but was not able to talk to him nor did he do a courteous call back. Had to call and complain but it still took a few days to get another appointment.
