It is mandatory to upload receipts in order to not have fsa card frozen. It won't let me do it, I keep getting some message about need storage space and permission from photo something. It will work if I take a picture of a bill that I paid. Not all of the time I have a paper copy because I am paperless. I don't have a printer either. Would be nice if they had a feature to upload electronic copies of paid bills from patient portals and such.

I have used this app 4 or 5 times out of necessity and never once has it just worked. There is always an issue that forces me to log out and back in or reset password (despite using the correct password) or it just won't let me log in at all. Such a headache!

It is great except if you need to upload a receipt stored elsewhere on your phone. No browse feature.

It has taken me 5.5 hrs to find out that you again have changed your mind about a payment I have made. Why?Other people use fsa accounts to pay for dental work and have no problems. I am tired of being embarrassed because my card is blocked. Having to ask for time to find out why? I finally figured out how to get notices from you. Can I use $ redeposited in a past timezone because the service paid was not in the proper timezone for service in the correct timezone. You a pain.

Has a lot of glitches when you try to submit a claim
