Welcome to the new LightspeedDMS app!The LightspeedDMS app is a new convenient way of accessing your dealership information to help manage your business anywhere, anytime on your Android device. It provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedDMS dealer management system. The LightspeedDMS app is available free of charge to all dealers running the hosted LightspeedDMS application. Features will display based on modules purchased.
INSTALL
The Lightspeed app is only available to hosted LightspeedDMS customers. To see if your dealership is ready for mobile access, check for your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedDMS desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. You will need to enter this information only once when using the application for the first time. Each subsequent time upon entering the application you will be asked for your LightspeedDMS username and password.

App is garbage! Most of the time, I can't upload pics to the job lines. The icons just keep spinning, trying to upload. Also has an issue when trying to locate work orders. The keypad will flash then go away and never gives to option to type in your text to get to the work order. I've left the app on overnight to see if it will load. Nothing....Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing...Save yourself the time and delete this mess

Ever since the new August update, I haven't been able to log in. The loading bar pops up but won't load anything. Everyone else at my work is also having problems. I would definitely use a different program if you're thinking about this one. This app is horrible. And yes the support for it is nonexistent.

App has been not so good. I can't type for more than 5 seconds or the app freezes. My uploaded photos havent been working for over a month. I've tried Uninstalling. Signing out and back in. Changing my password at a desktop with no change. I would have got rid of it a long time ago of I didn't have to use it for work

I use to be able to answer my customers through the text feature and also text them first but now I get a failure notification everytime. It also will shut down. sometimes wont even open. I was using this app several times a day and now cannot use it at all. It is a communication tool especially during non work hours for my customers and I.

It's a useful app..., when it works. The biggest issue (which is a problem, because that's the most important and useful feature) is that it is buggy. The photo upload portion is buggy and laggy and often hangs up. Otherwise, it is a great tool for managing the workload, especially remotely.

Had a review that I wrote 2 years ago, and the app still has issues, it will load the tiles, but when you click on the tech tab it just loads and never stops loading, this has been a issue for 8+ months, and now when I try and uninstall the app and redownload it to reset everything, it's not resetting the auth codes, manually reset the auth codes and it says login info is incorrect, or username and password are wrong. This app makes doing any jobs way more difficult, have to use computer now

My experience is continually horrible every day I attempt to use this app. I cannot use the keyboard while in the app. It is constantly signing me out, which is a problem as I cannot use my keyboard. Worst app I have ever used. For the amount of money it costs the company, you'd think they would have a little better app support. Samsung s22+ Android version 14

I'm having the same issue as others. Ever since the last update, everytime I try to sign in it errors out. The system on my computer works just fine but this dang app isn't working at all which sucks because the app sure made my job more streamline.
