Inconvenient Interface Should be single click to add someone to a list. Hard to understand why an expensive membership from Microsoft is so tedious to use. It takes about 10 steps to find a profile, add it to a list and get back.

doesn't integrate seamlessly with linked in. You can be having a message conversation with somebody in LinkedIn and it isn't available to continue in sales navigator and vice versa So sometimes you have to bounce between the two of them to try to figure out what was the last thing that was said or messaged. when you go to save something to sales navigator it doesn't pop up the list that you put in so you have to actually go into sales navigator and then move them into other lists.

Not working, it's my first time using it but it keep saying I'm on multiple teams. Also I'm not able to make payment from website either to join. So completely useless

A lot of bugs and connection issues. For the charged price, the app should be smooth and seamless. Instead, you can't even save filters, or load a few pages of leads without getting a refresh that wipes all your progress/filters set. Bummer 😕.

The fact that the mobile app doesn't have the same functionalities than the web version is a joke to say the least. At that price, it's a theft.

Unfriendly app, dated messaging, but as always you're kept hostage by LinkedIn 2010 era tools.

Messaging is completely useless in the App - You can't even make a new paragraph, the return button closes the keyboard. Regular LinkedIn messaging works fine. The app is a bit useless considering the price per month.
