When typing text you can only see one line and it's incredibly difficult to scroll back to the start of your message to proof read before sending. Also you must click "replies" to see messages. Normally you would click on the teacher or subject and the new messages would be visible. I find this hard to use. Maybe it's just me, but everyone in my class agreed these 2 things made it difficult to use.

Purchased through school but forgot to cancel as I never used it (Teams has the reflect tool which is similar and free). Refused a refund as it is not in their policy. Only company I've dealt with who work like this. I won't be recommending to other teachers.

Has no instruction on how to set up after installation or how to use. Idea seems good but it needs some more development. I had to uninstall the app.

Sometimes, if you are on the app too long, it will freeze and be very slow
